Returns & Refunds policy
All of our products are of limited quality, small batch, handmade or hand handled. Due to this factor, returns are not accepted for refund but may be eligible for store credit return. If there is a problem with quality of craftsmanship or production, or if your purchases are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving so we can make things right. After the 7 day grace period there may be nothing we can do.
Both domestic and international orders are shipped USPS first class Mail. US orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the time the order is shipped.
For orders outside of the US, buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import fees.
